General/obc students can took 2 books only bt for SC/STs, this number is 4. that's not a big deal,the main thing is even worse. Today I picked 1 book and went to the counter he said it's not for u, these are only for SC/STs.I mean wtf is this, u can't take a book even if it's available in surplus. #IITBHU
