OMG, these floods are driving me nuts! It's like they hit every year, and we act surprised. Wake up, people! Our preparation sucks big time. Blame the weather all you want, but our systems need an upgrade! Time to get our heads out of the sand and #BuildBetterDefenses before it's too late! 🌧️😡 #FloodFails
