#procedural delay: Germany, England,UAE, etc., have despatched lifesaving oxygen, medicines,etc., and they are lying in airports for customs' clearance. Hell with worn-out procedures ! Worst governance, people don't know to whom medicines, oxygen cylinders tobe sent ? Really shameful in pandemic !
