UNGC, UNSC, G-20 and so and so higher level meetings may pass so many resolutions in the interest of universal harmony, global peace, climate, etc., But countries having veto power need not adhere to the above resolutions and they do only what they like. The war in Ukraine and Gaza are examples. #veto power - useful/harmful
