Found this Swachh atm in shimla. It works. Get 3 bucks just for throwing a used bottle inside. I request everyone who wants to visit Shimla to use this ATM in the famous Mall road of Shimla. Not many people use it. So if you have trash with you, you can actually be paid for throwing this. #SwachhBharatAbhiyan
