My dil goes zoom zoom zoom, whenever I watch a romantic movie
Hahahahha, LOL is my reaction while I enjoy comedy
It screams hell out of me during a horror film
And its an ecstatic feeling while I binge watch my favourite web series
What my health & eyes say? oh!! forget it, who cares about it. I refuse to walk near by, I book a cab straight away;
I don't need your advice, I have google anyway;
Wifi is disturbed, my life is in danger
Judging you by your phone, I am the new avenger.
Tinder swipes give me adrenaline rush, which I miss in my routine
Twitter, insta keeps me hooked all the time to the screen.
Pubg, fortnite, I play them all night long; of course on my screen on my bed alone
Morning evening day & night, screen is my best companion for whole of life.
Whats app & facebook remind me of old & distant friends saving me from boredom & expectations of my own family;
I prefer to chat to a stranger on phone rather than talking to my cousin sitting next by;
I click a pic with happy faces to upload before parting away to our own digital worlds;
Food must look delicious in picture, forget it's taste and cleanliness in nature;
"My phone is my phone, none of your phone" is my answer when anyone asks me for a favour. I ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS without even reading a single condition
And therefore data theft is a common phenomenon.
I check out the upcoming smartphone every now & then
Forgetting to update my bond with my men.
I feel embarrassed if my mom calls me beta on social media
I am your "son" the dude; the rockstar. not a middle-class person's beta.
Tired I look, stressed I feel,
Overweight is a severe issue to deal,
Dry eyes & dark circles are prominent,
Baldness will now remain permanent
Regret is none because I chose this life,
Filters are many to fix all this alright. Mentally I am anxious about performance of my virtual self
Depression is the condition when there is no one to praise myself;
Emotionally I am insecured in life
Digitally I click only links with secured "https";
My favourite spot is HOTSPOT and in literal terms its the charging point
I am in relationship with my smartphone and Google is the guiding one. My future business plan? SCREEN DE-ADDICTION CENTRE for many more like me as I would be able to empathise with each and everyone. WHO ARE YOU? AGE OLD TRADITIONS. WHO AM I? AN UNBALANCED NETIZEN. As per a news article from BUSINESS INSIDER: Research has found that an eighth grader's risk for depression jumps 27 % when he or she frequently uses social media. Kids who use their phones for at least three hours a day are much more likely to be suicidal. In 2007, Gates, the former CEO of Microsoft, implemented a cap on screen time when his daughter started developing an unhealthy attachment to a video game. He also didn't let his kids get cell phones until they turned 14. (Today, the average age for a child getting their first phone is 10.) Jobs, who was the CEO of Apple until his death in 2012, revealed in a 2011 NEW YORK TIMES interview that he prohibited his kids from using the newly-released iPad. "We limit how much technology our kids use at home," Jobs told reporter Nick Bilton.
