So, basically what is meant by positivity?? 

Positivity is the frequent experience of pleasant emotions. we have often seen our elders, who used to told us to stay calm and positive in crucial situations.

But the fact is - Every individual is constructed with the coding of "HUMAN NATURE" inside them. When someone sees, the situation is slipping out of his or her hands and something bad is going to happen, we panic. Panicking increases the probability of negative actions. we ensure that this is going to happen and even sometimes started thinking what will we do next.

People must know about the capability of their subconscious mind. The job of the subconscious mind is to ensure that you respond exactly the way you are programmed. The subconscious mind does fit a pattern consistent with our concept. This is why repeating positive affirmations are so effective — we can program our mind according to ourselves by repeating positive statements. People those who choose a good mood over a bad day, have a powerful advantage over the people who think negative. People have to believe on the miraculous power of subconscious mind. Just ignore what is happening in your, see what you want to see. Integrity is everything.

Motivational activities, such as reading inspirational quotes, watching motivational videos etc are really very impactful for people committed to positive thinking. Focusing your thoughts, your subconscious begins to implement a positive pattern in the way of thinking.

The subconscious mind is like a computer system, it does not think or reason independently; it merely obeys the commands it receives from your conscious mind.

We’ve all heard of affirmations that are repeating positive statements to ourselves in order to believe it. When you make a clear, definitive statement about yourself or about anything as if it is already true, your subconscious mind takes over that data and will act in accordance with that belief. Visualization refers to act of imagination. when we make visualization of anything we want to achieve, we actually create its image on our mind. Visualization is a powerful tool to retrain subconscious mind because it allows us to feel and experience a situation which hasn’t happened yet – as if it were real. The crazy thing is, if we genuinely believe something is real which is not actually real, our subconscious mind will not be able to tell the difference between imagination and reality.                             

Meditation is a particularly powerful brain retraining method. Meditation is the process through which, we are forced to submit ourselves to inner peace, forgoing any internal or external distractions. Apart from helping us to physically achieve good health and inner calm, meditation can also help us to become more psychologically stable and spiritually advanced.
