Latest opinions about Where | Opined

#where are we: If politicians & court decide for exams to be or not to be conducted in TN, why do we have UGC, universities, AICTE etc., possibly they maybe closed down as their purpose is not served ? Still we import war planes as we don't have people with such high calibre-with no exam &all pass ?
